Mandatory WSRs to be completed

GC 100 has four WSRs that are required to be compiled for all contracts using MCHW. These are:

• GC 100/WSR/001:
  • defining which version of the SHW is being used for the contract of the four available (GP 100, 1.2);
  • defining the version of each SHW document relevant to the contract; that would be for all SHW documents, regardless of their direct relevance to the works in the contract (GP 100, 1.3);
  • listing the WSR that are being used for the specific contract; that would be just the ones that are relevant to the individual contract (GP 100, 1.4);
• GC 100/WSR/002:
  • defining who the Overseeing Organisation is (GP 100, 2.1) and who has Overseeing Organisation delegated functions (GP 100, 2.2);
• GC 100/WSR/003:
  • listing the contract drawings / models (GP 100, 3.1);
• GC 100/WSR/004:
  • defining the contract reference document date (GP 100, 4.2).

Document-specific WSRs to be completed

In addition to the mandatory WSRs, all WSRs referenced in the SHW that are relevant to the specific contract works shall be completed using the WSR templates and design outputs generated through the design process using relevant DMRB documents.
