To support the transition from old to new documents, tables have been provided to clarify:

1. the mapping from old MCHW document series to the new MCHW document codes;
2. the new documents that are now available and the corresponding old documents they supersede;
3. the new and updated DMRB documents supporting the updated MCHW.
